Roger Lindley
CEO
Lessons early in life taught Roger the rewards of disciplined hard work and a mindset of excellence while only having access to limited resources. Upon that foundation, Roger brings 40 years of diverse film and television business, distribution, and production experience to Profound Studios, which is a great blend of business management centered on efficient systems and award-winning creativity. In 1995, Roger helped to consolidate production of the fledgling TV program MARRIAGE TODAY from vendors in Nashville and Dallas to the headquarters of the national ministry. Roger was key in helping to develop systems for content acquisition, production, and deliverables that enhanced the show’s cost efficiencies and effectiveness in an international Christian marketplace. At the helm of RAGTOWN MEDIA (2007-2018), Roger developed systems and strategies that created value through excellence in creativity, execution, and performance for its customers. During his tenure as producer of THE AMERICAN RANCHER, Roger developed systems that reduced production staffing requirements by a third and increased viewership of the television show by 67%. He created a system for capturing previously unrecouped billable hours for the company by 26%. Roger’s career includes Executive Producer for Faith of Angels and Santa’s Cousin, Co-Executive Producer of BROTHERS IN BLUES, Director of the independent feature films REVENGE IN KIND and TAKEN BY GRACE, Editor of two features, and Cinematographer of four. He is the producer of the top-rated, award-winning weekly television series THE AMERICAN RANCHER, and he is the Producer of the multi-award-winning KURDISH FACTOR: THE UNTOLD STORY OF THE GULF WARS on Amazon. He’s worked as a field producer for ABC NEWS Los Angeles Bureau and DISCOVERY CHANNEL Canada, and his work has appeared on COUNTRY MUSIC TELEVISION, THE TRAVEL CHANNEL, CNBC, INVESTIGATION DISCOVERY, and TELEMUNDO.
